Cancellation & No-Show

We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. We kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

• Calling

• Emailing

• Using the Cancel/Reschedule option in your appointment confirmation email

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-Call/No-Show:

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us beforehand, you will be considered a no-call/no-show and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

If you are sick, please stay at home.

Late Arrival

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. if you arrive late for your appointment, your massage time may need to be shortened to ensure that the next clients appointment begins on time. Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full-service price will remain due.

If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be considered a no-call/no-show, and the applicable fee may be charged to a card on file.

Card Information

A credit or debit card is required when booking an appointment and is kept securely on file for our cancellation and no-call/no-show policy. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Card information will only be used if the appointment is cancelled within the 2-hour cancellation window or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.

Online Booking Preferred

To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that appointments be booked through our online booking site. We may be in a massage session and unable to answer calls or respond immediately. Our online appointments and choose the date and time that works best for you-without having to wait for a response.
